    Did you know its recommended here in the pacific northwest to overseed your lawn twice a year in order to maintain lush, healthy, green turf? Well its true! In fact it s the single best way to prevent weeds, dead patches, moss growth, and loss of density.

    Plants, including turf grass, need oxygen just like you and me. In order to maintain a healthy lawn it is essential to manage soil compaction that can result from foot traffic, rain fall, thatch accumulation, and soil type among other factors.

    Here in western Oregon, the recommended time of year to overseed is mid April through mid May and mid to late September through mid October.

    The first line of defense in preventing compaction and ensuring that oxygen reaches your lawn’s root system is annual aeration. Here in the Pacific Northwest, the time to aerate is mid to late spring.

    The best seasons for aeration and overseeding happen to coincide. Ask us about combining your yearly aeration with overseeding.

    We offer lawn mowing and edging services on both a one-time and recurring basis. Let us take the worry out of your lawn. You decide how often and for how long. We offer this service at a set price tailored to your property, based on the size, shape and location of your grass.

    Overseeding

    We offer overseeding services for most residential properties. In order to effectively overseed a lawn, the turf must first be cut to a 2-to 3-inch height. We offer two separate pricing options:

    Overseeding only (lawn precut by customer) - $70 for first 1000 sq ft then $30 per additional 1000 sq ft.

    Combined (Yard Gig Cuts and Overseeds) - $100 first 1000 sq ft and then $40 per additional 1000 sq ft. ***

    Aeration

    We offer lawn aeration for most residential properties. Aeration is a non-invasive efficient and quick way to substantially improve the health and look of your lawn. Ask us about the savings when you combine aeration with our overseeding service.

    The average cost of aeration in urban settings is $80 per property.
